We are members of the BVRLA; the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association and we are audited by their external auditors to ensure we meet the BVRLA’s exacting standards each year. All our customer-facing staff have also been through the annual BVRLA training to ensure we are up to date with the latest changes in legislation. Our membership number is 1902.
We were one of the first Leasing Brokers to gain our Financial Conduct Authority license to trade, with 9 months of scrupulous analysis of our processes, ethics and practices. Our FCA number is 631262.
Every member of the team is SAF Approved. This is an accreditation from the Finance & Leasing Association and is an annual training and assessment plan to ensure that we are up to date with all industry legislation.
Membership of these organisations means that we have undergone strict scrutiny of our processes to ensure that we meet and maintain standards of customer care expected from each organisation.
