We receive a commission or other benefits from our finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them as a result of our introduction or, from another credit broker to whom we refer you, should we be unable to arrange funding for you. This is reflected in the monthly lease rate that you pay for your vehicle. We will receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that organisation. The amount of commission received may vary depending on the funder selected.
Our finance companies may also pay us a bonus for each introduction we make; this may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the loan you take out. This commission will also be based on the quality of business we introduce to them as well as how we perform against their standards. We may also receive a commission from the dealers we work with as well as a fixed commission when we sell ancillary products to you.
Disclosing commission we earn
As part of our business model, we rely heavily on commission paid to us by finance companies, for introducing you to them. You can ask us at any time throughout the customer journey, how much finance commission we may be paid by the finance company, but we will inform you in writing at the point when you fill in one of our finance proposal forms. Our order form to you, will also detail any commission we will be paid by the finance company. It is important to us to be transparent about the existence of finance commission so that you can make an informed decision about entering a finance agreement.
Finance commission comes in a number of different forms and is explained below:
Where we introduce you to a finance provider, they will pay us commission after the vehicle has been delivered and the finance agreement set live. Depending on the finance provider and the customer type, the finance commission may be pre-determined by that finance provider or it may be determined by us, at our discretion. The amount of finance commission that is paid to us, directly impacts your monthly rental or finance payment and is paid for by you, in your monthly rental or finance payments. Finance commission is paid to us, to cover the costs of organising your credit application, administering your finance documents and completing the finance agreement with the finance company. The amount of finance commission will be disclosed to you at the point of completing a finance proposal and on your order form from us.
In some instances, we may receive an additional commission from our finance companies subject to meeting contractual targets we may have with them. Where this commission is anticipated or agreed, it will be shown on your order form.

We are a Commission Based Organisation which means that we receive payments for business introductions. We will receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that organisation. The amounts that we receive may vary.
